Eisenhower Condominium - AMENITIES

The Eisenhower Condominium has all of the basic features and amenities that you expect from most condominium buildings. However, do not expect resort-like recreational amenities. The condominium was built before the time when residential buildings are trying to outdo each other on who can provide the most luxurious living conditions. With that said, I do not mean that the amenities at the Eisenhower Condominium are no good, quite the opposite actually.

First, the most important aspect that condominium building managers have to take into consideration is the safety and security of its residents. This is why the Eisenhower Condominium has a team of professional security personnel. You will always find a guard or two posted in the entrance lobby of the building holding the responsibility of screening all of the guests. The guards also go on regular patrols in each floor of the condominium to make sure that everything is fine and dandy. If they ever find anything out of the ordinary, they will act on it immediately.

The condominium also has dozens of security cameras keeping a close watch over all the residents. The cameras are installed in all of the public areas in the building, including the hallways and corridors of the residential floors. This means that in case someone can manage to give the guards the slip, he will not escape the unblinking gaze of the security cameras.

All residential units are also equipped with smoke and fire alarms, and they are also hooked up to the building’s sprinkler system. In addition, when the fire alarm goes off, it also sends an alarm to the nearby San Juan Fire Station so they can respond immediately. You do not have to worry about your and your family’s safety and well-being as long as you are a resident of the Eisenhower Condominium.

The Eisenhower Condominium also has a swimming pool area, which is a staple in condominium buildings nowadays. The swimming pool area of the condominium may not be as large as the ones you find in the newer condominiums but if you just want a quick escape from the heat of the Metro Manila sun, it is comforting to know that you just need to ride an elevator then immediately jump into the refreshing water of the swimming pool.

The lower floors of the condominium are for the parking spaces of the residents. The parking garage is always closely monitored by the security team of the condominium so you can be sure that nothing will harm your car. When you buy a residential unit in the Eisenhower Condominium, you will get one or two parking slots automatically (although, this will depend on their availability), but when you are just leasing or renting a unit, you will need to pay a separate fee for parking. The parking area is elevated, so you do not have to worry about the heavy monsoon rains flooding your car.

By all regards, the amenities provided by the Eisenhower Condominium are basic. You will not see a complete fitness center nor will you find infinity pools and jogging paths in the building. However, although the recreational amenities are sparse, the Eisenhower Condominium more than makes up for it by providing superior basic services for the residents.
